OOTD: New Years

I know I said I wouldn't do an outfit post for New Years since my dress never came in, but I actually like my outfit so I decided what the heck! Forever 21 saved my New Years for sure. Both my dress and shoes are from Forever. The shoes were quite high (for me) I haven't worn heels in over a year... why? Because I look like Bambi when I walk in heels... they make most girls look better, but for me I look like an idiot. But I thought hey it's New Years let's wear these heels... shamelessly I watched YouTube tutorials on how to walk in heels (don't judge me)

    Hahaha. I love that you watched tutorials. I would totally do that. I DO NOT, as a rule, wear heels. It can't be done. I am worse than Bambi. I feel like I walk with a hunch just to keep my balance. I look like a straight up fool. Who needs that? They might make my calves look good, but they sure as hell don't do anything for my posture. I'll stick with flats!

    LOVE the dress! I wore one very similar for NYE, also from Forever, but in white! :) I just adore the little peter pan collar! And that's hilarious that they have youtube videos for walking in heels. Hey, no judgment here. I NEVER wear heels! I could probably use some tips, too...
